used social media as a big part of that effort. Facebook has been

Charter Spectrum May Want to Rethink Its Digital Pay-TV Service
Cable television companies have been rushing to introduce new digital
pay-TV products. Traditional cable TV has been on the decline in the
midst of a growing wave of new competition and new technologies. The new
offerings reflect forward thinking and are a step in the right
direction, but too many providers still don't offer good quality digital
pay-TV.

Senate Action on Net Neutrality Could Change the Debate
All 49 members of the Senate Democratic caucus have expressed support
for a resolution to save Net neutrality, introduced Wednesday by Sen. Ed
Markey, D-Mass, under the Congressional Review Act. The CRA is a
legislative tool that lets Congress reverse federal regulations via a
simple majority vote. For the resolution to become law, it also would
need support from a majority of House members as well as the president's
signature.

Fresh Funds Help BorderX Open Chinese E-Commerce Market to West
BorderX Lab, which was founded in 2014 by three former Google computer
scientists, has raised $20 million in a financing round led by Kleiner
Perkins. BorderX Lab offers the Beyond App mobile marketplace solution
to facilitate cross-border e-commerce for global brands and merchants
seeking access to the burgeoning Chinese consumer market. Beyond App is
available for Android and iOS.

AI May Be Secret Weapon to Retain Sales Talent
Much of the discussion around sales and artificial intelligence has been
outwardly focused. It's exciting to think about using AI to examine
leads, sift through data, and help deliver answers that allow
