It details what you should buy as well as what equipment the biggest YouTubers are using for their vlogs, and it explains exactly how mirrorless cameras do what they do. Got more camera questions? Shoot them along to ask@engadget.com.

Google teases 'something big' for Pixel on May 7th<br />

Google has posted a teaser promising that "something big is coming to the Pixel universe" on May 7th. The associated video clip is ultimately just a promo for Avengers: Endgame-themed AR stickers, but there's clearly something more to it than that. Most bets are on Google unveiling its mid-range Pixel 3a phones.

The EU has officially passed its controversial copyright law

New rules in Europe, updating copyright for the online age, have now picked up approval from EU member states. While it’s legal stuff and… complicated, the short version is that YouTube, Facebook and Instagram will be required to obtain licenses for copyrighted works from rights holders to host their content. It could be a major task.

Editor's Pick: Qualcomm: Rethinking AI in a 5G Quantum World

Rob Enderle
Apr 15, 2019 11:45 AM PT
It is expected that 5G will move aggressively into the market, with near-complete major metropolitan coverage by the end of the year. This technology is a game-changer, but it doesn't come without issues, one of which is the massive change in network loading. 5G will shift the bottlenecks from the wireless networks to the backhaul, where the expected massive increase in traffic will force some rather impressive network upgrades. Back to the Old School With Zoho
Customer relationship management keeps expanding, and some people might wonder why we never seem to get all the way to some mythical goal of perfection. One of the chief reasons is that the goal posts are moving away from us and always will be. This isn't some plot by the software companies to drive demand. From what I've seen, most companies simply try to keep up with demand with increasingly diverse products that meet real market needs. [More...]
SEO: How Important Is It to Make the First Page?
In a recent E-Commerce Times poll, only 4.32 percent of respondents said there was always enough information on the first page of search results to meet their needs. By comparison, 14.05 percent said they found the first-page search results were rigged and limited by algorithmic highlights. More than one quarter, 25.41 percent, said even if the first page provided enough, they wanted to see more. [More...]

The Morning After: The world's biggest airplane takes to the skies

It's Monday, April 15, 2019.

Hey, good morning!

Welcome to your Monday morning. We’ve got details on a new Star Wars game -- and it’s single-player, and also the world's biggest plane managed to get up into the sky. That all-digital Xbox has leaked, and Twitch Sings is a free karaoke game you can play with streamers. Karaoke with internet people? I’ll take it under advisement.

'Twitch Sings' is built for live streaming.

Twitch officially debuts its free karaoke game

Twitch officially debuts its free karaoke game

After months of testing, Twitch Sings is here, giving you a chance to belt out tunes for your streaming audience of, maybe, hundreds. While there is an offline mode, the game is designed from the ground up to involve an entire Twitch channel. Streamers can invite broadcasters in for duets, while viewers can request one of the 1,000-plus songs, cheer to start light shows and issue challenges.

Sounds like it'll be a bargain.

Microsoft's 'All Digital' Xbox One S leaked

Yes, that disc-free Xbox One appears to be real. WinFuture has obtained images it says show off the Xbox One S All Digital, not to mention some extra details. The console's design is exactly what you'd expect -- surprise, an Xbox One S without a Blu-ray drive -- but it really is what's inside that counts. The system would carry a 1TB hard drive and (at least in Europe) ship with preinstalled copies of Forza Horizon 3, Minecraft and Sea of Thieves -- even more money-saving.

The single-player game tells the story of a Padawan on the run.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a real thing, after months of teases. The single-player game, due to launch on November 15th, follows Cal Kestis, a Padawan trying to survive Emperor Palpatine's command to execute the Jedi.

Better, better, better.

Zero's new SR/F motorcycle is a new design for the company, with a new motor and operating system. Plus, Roberto Baldwin handled it on roads he’s never even seen before. Hold on, here’s what he thought.

2. The world's largest airplane completes its first flight

3. The best microSD cards
